B | 本次活动创新采用非语言式沙盘游戏，摒弃说教式心理科普，分低龄、高龄两组开展团体辅导，每组6至8人，保障每位孩子充分参与。 活动现场暖意融融，轻柔背景音乐烘托放松氛围。
C | 破冰小游戏快速消除孩子们的拘谨，心理志愿者通俗讲解沙盘规则，建立尊重、保密的团体契约。孩子们依次轻抚细沙平复心绪，围绕“我的快乐暑假”主题轮流挑选沙具，共同搭建专属心灵世界。全程心理老师耐心观察陪伴，不评判、不干预，仅对内向敏感儿童温和引导。沙盘创作完成后，孩子们自愿分享创作构思与内心感受，在倾诉中释放烦躁、孤单等负面情绪，学会接纳自我、理解同伴。课程兼具情绪疏导、自我探索、人际培养多重作用，在协作搭建中锻炼倾听包容能力，有效化解同伴矛盾，提升专注力与自信心。活动尾声，志愿者为孩子们送上文具小礼品，引导大家共同整理道具，树立责任意识。此次心理沙盘课堂是济宁福彩“五彩蜗牛”公益课堂完善“五色成长体系”的暖心举措，依托福彩公益力量链接专业心理资源，实现从“托管看护”向“心灵陪伴”升级。下一步，济宁市福彩志愿者协会将持续联动专业社会组织，丰富心理健康特色课程，用公益微光守护未成年人阳光成长，践行福利彩票“取之于民、用之于民”的公益初心。
